1. Seller
MusicForYou is a trading name operated in Spain by Stéphane François Xavier Lavergé, self-employed (autónomo), NIE Z3520169R, Carrer d'Amàlia Soler, 16, 2, 08720 Vilafranca del Penedès, Barcelona, Spain. Contact: stef-cloud@proton.me.
2. Service offered
MusicForYou turns information supplied by the customer into one personalised song. The journey includes a questionnaire, preparation and checking of the lyrics by MusicForYou, creation of two musical interpretations, selection of one interpretation from private excerpts before purchase and, after payment, access to the chosen complete song, its download, a public gift page and access from the customer account.
Before purchase, listening to an excerpt combining a verse and the chorus is free, private and streaming-only. The complete song is accessible only after payment. Listening grants no download, public performance or exploitation rights.
The initial generation does not count towards the revision allowance. You receive 3 free musical revisions before purchase, then 10 revisions in total after purchase, including those already used before purchase. Each revision lets you request a change of style, voice or energy and automatically starts a new generation of two interpretations, which together count as one revision. Previous versions remain available in your private history. A specific artistic result cannot be guaranteed.
Creation is assisted by automated systems. APIFrame acts as the technical gateway to Suno, which produces the two musical interpretations. MusicForYou manages the process but does not guarantee absolute exclusivity, independent copyright protection or the absence of accidental similarities with other creations.
3. Price and payment
The price is €17.90 including tax for one song. The exact content and price shown immediately before payment prevail. There are no physical delivery charges. Payment is processed by Stripe; MusicForYou does not receive the full card number.
This price applies to your first song and subsequent purchases. No repeat-purchase discount, gift-recipient discount or free second song is offered.
The order becomes binding when the customer accepts these terms, the privacy notice, the licence and the immediate-delivery request, then activates a button clearly indicating an obligation to pay. A browser confirmation alone does not prove payment; only the secure payment-provider notification confirms the order.
The euro amounts shown here are reference amounts. For markets offered in another currency, prices follow the local price list; the amount and currency shown before payment are those charged.
4. Ordering and correction of errors
Before paying, the customer can review and correct the answers and summary, listen to the song excerpt and check the price. The lyrics are prepared and checked by MusicForYou without an intermediate customer approval step. Contract documents can be saved and printed. Confirmation is sent in a durable format to the verified email address. The order remains accessible through the customer account.
5. Delivery
Once the email address is verified, the private listen is prepared within a maximum of 30 minutes. After confirmed payment, the download and gift page are prepared and sent to the verified email address. In the event of unreasonable delay, the customer may contact stef-cloud@proton.me to request delivery within a reasonable additional period or exercise mandatory legal remedies.
The customer is responsible for keeping the downloaded file and choosing who receives the public gift page address. The song and gift page can be deleted from the customer account.
6. Withdrawal and immediate performance
The song is personalised digital content supplied without a tangible medium. The customer can listen to the excerpt before purchase without any obligation to buy; the complete song remains locked.
After purchase, the download and permanent access begin only when the customer expressly requests immediate performance and separately acknowledges losing the right of withdrawal once that access begins. Until then, any statutory withdrawal rights remain available where applicable. This never limits remedies for content that is defective, non-conforming or not delivered.
7. Complaints, conformity and refunds
Problems should be reported to stef-cloud@proton.me with the order reference. MusicForYou reviews delivery errors, unreadable files, technical defects and substantial discrepancies from the final lyrics. The remedy may be correction, redelivery, bringing the content into conformity, a price reduction or a refund. Mandatory legal guarantees for digital content and services remain fully applicable.
An artistic preference already apparent in the pre-purchase preview is not, by itself, a defect. No automatic refund is promised beyond statutory rights or an express commercial commitment.
8. Customer obligations
The customer confirms that they may use all text, memories, names and other supplied material. They must avoid unnecessary intimate data about third parties, unlawful or defamatory content, infringement of third-party rights and requests to imitate an artist, voice or protected work. MusicForYou may suspend a manifestly unlawful request or one incompatible with provider rules.
9. Intellectual property
Customer material remains the customer's responsibility and property. Rights to use the delivered song are set out in the licence accepted at payment. The brand, website, templates, interface and non-order-specific elements remain the property of their respective owners.
10. Personal data
Personal-data processing is described in the privacy notice. Stories and lyrics may be shared, only as necessary, with the technical providers responsible for producing and delivering the song.
11. Liability
MusicForYou is responsible for performing the contract within the limits laid down by mandatory rules. It is not responsible for unlawful customer use, voluntary sharing of the public gift page or a reasonably unforeseeable external unavailability. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be limited.
12. Governing law and disputes
The contract is governed by Spanish law, without depriving a European consumer of the mandatory protections of their country of residence. The customer is invited first to send any complaint to stef-cloud@proton.me. If no amicable agreement is reached, the competent courts are determined by the protective rules applicable to consumers.
13. Status of this document
This version was updated on 5 September 2026 by the MusicForYou operator to clarify the included musical revisions and delivery time. It had not been reviewed by a legal professional as of that date and may be updated later. The version accepted when the order was placed remains the version applicable to the contract concerned.
